week 7..
In the beginning of the semester I had a hard time trying to get establish working in Jittery Joe's. It was probably the hardest time having to learn how to use the equipment and how to actually do the variety of drinks we offer. Well here at Jittery Joe's our most famous drink is a Strawberry smoothie and that day I had a costumer ordered one, so here I come getting all of the ingredients ready to make it when this costumer starts bragging that the smoothie better come out good tasting. Instantly I got nervous and started worrying if the smoothie was gonna come out good tasting. Once I was done I gave him the smoothie to try, he took a sip and started bragging all over again about me not knowing what and how to do a smoothie. I ignored him but was mad at the same time it's upseting when costumers talk smack to you and your not allow to talk back because you want to show good costumer service. I resolve the problem by ignoring him and that tend to fix it cause he suddenly just stoped.
